Subject	No injector Pulse???

Message	Bought this car got it together enough to start it with a JDM. Has fuel pressure, has spark, changed the CAS and still no injector pulse. Wondering what else I should check. It has sat for along time so Im wondering if the aftermarket ECU is bad? It has a brand new wiring harness. Could it be the aftermarket alarm system or stock one? Ground to the engine? Any tips if someone has had a similar problem and solution or what I should check next would be great. Thanks
